It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oxie Neeley of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Pinks and Oxie Neeley of Salyersville, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his wife Connie "Rutledge" Neeley; his siblings, Bernice Neeley and Dan Neeley; his sons, Greg Neeley (Tracie) and Shawn Neeley (Krista-Heath); his grandchild Ashley Neeley (Shane Hogan); his great grandchildren, Braxton and Oakleigh Hogan; and his sisters, Marthy Williams, Maxine Butler and Sally Webb.
