Washington, James McMackin (Lonna) of Salyersville, Tommy McMackin of Salyersville, Denise Ramirez (Robert) of Davie and Kathy Brunns (Harvey Michael) of Salyersville; his brothers, Larry McMackin of Indiana and Douglas McMackin; and his grandchildren, Ashley of Josh, J. D., Steven, Bryanna, Robbie, Andrew, Tabitha, Michelle and Sara. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
