She is survived by: her children, Eddie Gene Adams of Salyersville, KY, Kathy Green (Tim) of Paintsville, KY and Glistina Gullett (Mark) of Winchester, KY; her grandchildren, Nedith "Tater" Adams, Jason Arnett (Veronica), Eric Arnett, Daniel Green (Shana), Ryan Green, Isaac Gullett and Madison Gullett; her great grandchildren, Natalie Green, Erin Arnett, Penelope Arnett, JD Green, Emalyn Arnett and Riley Arnett; her siblings, Glistina Prater, Billy Helton of Salyersville, Jerry Helton of Salyersville and Denzil Helton of West Liberty, KY; and her close friend Kelly Coldiron of Salyersville, KY..
