She is survived by: her spouse Glenmore Collinsworth; her children, Doug Collinsworth (Pat) of Salyersville, Peggy Measel of Salyersville and Nadine Griffith (Ray) of Morehead; her grandchildren, Ramona Scherer (Gordon), Matt Collinsworth (Kelly), Carmen Rogers (Don), Misty Litton (Brett), Russell Measel, Kathleen Burchett (Harry) and Celeste Collinsworth (Joe Bayes); her great grandchildren, Abby Scherer, Gordy Scherer, Sadie Rogers, Grace Rogers, Ivy Litton, Hattie Litton, Brynn Collinsworth, Eli Collinsworth, Harrison Burchett, Olivia Burchett, Madelyn Burchett and Rowan Bayes; her grandchildren, Leslie Reed and Becky Reed Tuttle; and her friend Phyllis Arnett.
