She is survived by: her son Hobert Johnathon Holbrook of Cincinnati, OH; her sisters, Carol Horn of Nicholasville, KY, Bertha Sue Ousley of Prestonsburg, KY and Jamie Hayden of Prestonsburg, KY; her nieces and nephews, Susan Ousley, Elizabeth Horn, Jennifer Horn, Carolynn Lee, Amber Ousley, Brittany Hayden, Dickie Johnson, Ricky Johnson and Ray Hayden; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abram Lee, Logan Hayden, Gabriel Miller, Elijah Hayden, Isabella Ousley, Jamie Marcum and Arabella Lee.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home of Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649).
