She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Howard (Linda) of Salyersville, Gary Allen Howard (Debbie) of Mt. Olivet, Diana Hensley (Stanley) of Salyersville and Charlotte Gail Hall of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Jamie Lee Howard, Kelli Blanton, Ryan Hensley and Wesley Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Howard, Kaddence Hensley, Ava Hensley, Colten Blanton, Caden Blanton and Hayes Hensley.
