He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Craft Holbrook; his children, Jason Michael (MaNikka Holbrook) of Salyersville, Tina Mikell (Paul Wells) of Salyersville and Beth Ann (Marshall); his sisters, Diane (Barry Westcott) of Salyersville, Emily (Grover Roark) of Salyersville and Kathy (Tony Patrick) of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Liana Wells, Daniel Marshall, Caleb Marshall, Xavier Wells, Brayden Holbrook and Noah Holbrook.
