He was predeceased by: his parents, Arbie Bailey and Dessie Mullins Bailey; his brother Lon C; and also Donnie Hopkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Shawna Meade of Hazard and James Hopkins (Kimberly) of Hazard; his siblings, Ronnie Bailey of West Liberty, Phillip Bailey of Salyersville, Gary Bailey of Morehead, Donnie Bailey of Campton, Mike Bailey of Salyersville, Joe Bailey of Salyersville, Barbara Conley of Owingsville, Lois Smith of West Liberty, Kathy Smithers of Salyersville and Sue Perkins of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Gracie Hopkins of Salyersville, Anthony Hopkins of Salyersville, Breanna Hopkins of Salyersville, Connor Williamson of Salyersville, Courtney Patrick (Michael) of Salyersville and Tyler Williamson (Chrystal) of Garner; and his great grandchild Nevaeh Williamson of Garner. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, family, and friends.
