She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Montgomery-Cheek of Salyersville; her grandson Jamison "Tristen" Cheek of Salyersville; her son Michael Perkins of Salyersville; her grandson Kaden Cheek of Salyersville; her niece Stacy Minix (Steve) of Salyersville; her nephews, Gary Trusty of Salyersville and Cory Adams of Morehead; and her brothers, Eric Trusty (Rachel) of Salyersville, Kentucky. and Donnie Trusty of Salyersville, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
