She is survived by: her children, Merrell Workman of Salisbury, Tony Workman of Salyersville, Latina Adkins of Paintsville, Lisa Reed of Tutor Key, Samantha Clark of Hartford City, Sherry Miller of Muncie and Melanie Ward of Salyersville; and her siblings, George Puckett of Salyersville, Ronald Puckett of Salyersville, Charlie Puckett of Salyersville, James Puckett of Salyersville, Phillip Puckett of Salyersville, Lester Puckett of Salyersville, Johnny Puckett of Salyersville, Earl Puckett of Salyersville, Dorothy Conley of Salyersville, Francis Puckett of Salyersville, Shirley Brown of Salyersville and Cathy Lain of North Judson. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
