She is survived by: her children, Debbie Joseph of Half Mountain, Roxie Howard of Tip Top and Robert Eugene Allen of Lexington, Kentucky.; her brother Orville Rowe of Tip Top; and her grandchildren, Ashley Michelle Howard, Bobby Jr. Howard, Cheyenne Nicole Howard, David Howard, Thomas Howard and Tommy Howard.
