She is survived by: her close friend Paul Collins; her children, Julius Brown (Christal) of Salyersville, Donald Gibson (Jennifer) of Salyersville, Wallace Gibson (Chole) of Salyersville and Besty Risner of Salyersville; and her siblings, Dudley Nickels of Salyersville, Abe Nickels of Salyersville, Andrew Nickels of Salyersville, Jake Nickels of Salyersville, Rella Gipson of Salyersville and Sylvia Smith of Michigan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and twenty-four great grandchildren.
