She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Tackett and Opal Lemaster Tackett; and her sisters, Carolyn Sue Salyers and Sylvia Gamble. She is survived by: her husband Paul R. Risner, Sr.; her children, Paul B. Risner, Jr. of Salyersville, Jammie Joe Risner of Salyersville and Tina Lavon Slusher of Salyersville; and her sisters, Judy Howard Godfrey of South Carolina, Mary Rowe of Salyersville, Virginia Murrell of Salyersville, Lillie Sturgill of Hindman and Euna Yates of South Carolina. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Friends may visit the funeral home Monday, September 07, 2020 from 6:00 P. M. till 9:00 P. M. and any time prior to funeral services. *Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing is required.
