She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Conley and Jamima "Gigi" Gullett Conley; her husband Henry Howard; her daughter Stella Louise Howard; her siblings, Harry Conley, Ethel Adams and Edna Napper; her granddaughter Jennifer Delaine Bailey; and her great grandchild Henry Aaron Kinman.
She is survived by: her sons, Henry Howard "J. D." Howard (Deborah) of Salyersville and Jearold Howard of Salyersville; her stepson Delbert Howard (Myrtle) of Salyersville; and her brothers, Cecil Dean "Sheep" Conley of Salyersville and Jeff Conley of Springfield. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and nineteen great-great grandchildren.
