Sterling and Marlena Jenkins (David) of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Hearl Isaac of Salyersville, Lee Isaac of Salyersville, James O'Dell Isaac of Salyersville, Rinda Ross of Waverly and Edna Meade of Edison; his grandchildren, Courtney Summers, Phillip Francis, Kelsey Robbins, Andrew Francis, Logan Jenkins, Isaac Martin and Keenan Martin; and his great grandchildren, Eliana Francis and Lane Francis.
