He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bailey and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Arnett Bailey; and his brother Edison Bailey. He is survived by: his brothers, Ellis Bailey, Max Bailey and Rubin Bailey; his wife Carol Prater Bailey; his daughters, Cathy Bailey of Salyersville, Kristy McCarty (Brian) of Salyersville and Kellie Shepherd (Brian) of Salyersville; and his brother Edward Bailey of Oakhurst. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
