He was predeceased by: his brother Ryan Steven Wells. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Lynn Howard (Willadean Howard) of Salyersville and Patricia "Teresa" Dyer Howard of Salyersville; his children, Kaitlyn Howard of Salyersville, Braxton Mills of Salyersville, Ryan Howard of Paintsville, Andrew Michael Howard of Paintsville, Kendall Crace of Salyersville and Keelynn Howard of Salyersville; and his brother Alexander Howard of Salyersville.

Contributions can me made to the Kevin Howard Memorial Fund at the funeral home.
