He is survived by: his wife Janice Patrick Roark; his children, Kelly Roark, Jr. (Jolene) of Hutson and Jennifer Roark of Salyersville; his siblings, Lee Roark (Ressie) of Salyersville, Joe Roark (Debra) of Salyersville, Bobby Roark (Tammy) of Salyersville, Ellis Junior Roark of Salyersville, Sarah Howell of Indiana, Velda Roark of Indiana, Glenda Jones of South Carolina and Lena Faye Helton of Salyersville; his grandsons, Matt Roark and Alex Roark; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Montgomery (Robert), Brenda Kay Simmons and Terry Paul Patrick.
