He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Salyer and Olga Lee Howard Salyer; and his brother Charles Salyer. He is survived by: his brothers, Clayton Salyer, Russell Salyer and James Salyer; his daughters, Crystal Salyer Reed of Salyersville, Amanda Helton of Salyersville, Brooke LeMaster (PJ) of Salyersville and Isabella Salyer of Salyersville; his siblings, Gerald Salyer of Salyersville and Shirley Bailey of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Abigail Ellis Taylor, Amelia Grace Jasper and Kinsley Brooke LeMaster; and his great grandchildren, Lakelyn Marie Clark and James Maverick Taylor.
