She is survived by: her children, Richard Duchnowski (Laurie) of Salyersville, John Duchnowski (Lisa) of Pikeville, Robert Duchnowski (Jomarie) of Salyersville, Diane Rivas (Jose) of Somerset, Sandra Fay (Darrell) of Salyersville and Louann Donnal (Jim) of Alger; and her siblings, Abe Green Prater of Ohio, Rocky Prater of Ohio, Michael Prater of Ohio, Ricky Prater of Michigan, Arlene Ledesma of Ohio, Valerie Nickels of Ohio and Maxine Prater of West Liberty. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
