Joyce Lemaster Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Lemaster (Salyersville, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Lemaster to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gamble and Cassie Adams Gamble; her husband Eugene Lemaster; her siblings, Thelma "Toe" Gamble Hall, Muritty Gamble Howard, Edward Earl "Elb" Gamble, Peggy Sue Gamble Helton, William Henry Gamble, Herman Gamble, Sherman Gamble, Peachie Gamble Gullett, Hazel Gamble, Ray Gamble, Allie Gamble Rice and Flem Gamble; and her grandchildren, Stephanie L. Blanton and Robin J. Blanton.

She is survived by: her children, Roger Blanton (Bernice), Robert "Bob" Blanton (Deb), Freddie Blanton, Teddie "Alf" Howard (Holly), Bonnie Jean Blanton Hunley (Keith) of Salyersville and Nancy Jean Jenkins (Teddy) of Salyersville; and her sisters, Willma Lee Gamble Blanton and Betty Gamble Blanton. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
