He is survived by: his wife Ilean Holloway Harris; his daughters, Tosha Harris of Prestonsburg, Savanna Harris of Prestonsburg, Genna Holloway of Salyersville, Lindsey Perkins of Salyersville and Stevi Conn of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Ricky Harris, Dwayne Harris and Paula McCarty of Ulysses; and his grandchildren, Tyler Stephens, Jonah Stephens, Fantasia Mullins, Takeirah Mullins, Alexis Fleming and Aleena Mae Perkins.
