He is survived by: his parents, Imogene Risner Dyer and Herbert Holbrook Jr. (Patty Sue); his wife Tammy Marshall Holbrook; his sons, John Holbrook (Megan) of Salyersville and Brian Holbrook of Salyersville; his siblings, Shawn Watson of Salyersville, Keith Watson of Salyersville, Franklin Ray Bailey of Salyersville and Tammy Dawn Salyers of Morehead; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Paige Holbrook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
