He is survived by: his wife Minnie "Pudge" Patrick of Salyersville, KY; his daughter Pamela Russell (Douglas) of Salyersville; his siblings, Charles Patrick (Patricia), Randal Patrick, Donald Lee Patrick (Debbie) and Kathy Puckett (Doug) of Salyersville; his granddaughters, Alishia Carty (Joshua) of Salyersville, Lindsey Leedy (Wayde) of Salyersville, Amanda Patrick of Lexington and Cindy Patrick of Lexington, KY; his great grandchildren, Jacob Michael Allen, Jase Aaron Allen, Jonah Wesley Carty, Madeline Carty, Aiden Carty, Katie Carty, Miguel Guerrero, Moses Guerrero, Jayla Lyle and Elijah Lyle; and his great great grandchild Easton Gayheart.
