He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Prater Arnett and Eunice Montgomery Arnett; his brother Paul Douglas Arnett; his wife Rebecca Howard Arnett of West Liberty; and his daughters, Nanci Marie Arnett of West Liberty and Johnna Arnett Prater (Lester) of Royalton. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
