He is survived by: his wife Shirley Puckett Brown; his children, John Brown, Jr. (Sandy) of Lake Placid, Ronald Brown (Samantha) of Salyersville and Sabrina Gail Shepherd (Bill) of Salyersville; his son-in-law Johnny Arnett of Salyersville; his siblings, Jack Brown of Salyersville, Terry Brown Will Brown of Salyersville, DeMorris Brown of Marion, Bessie Brown of Salyersville and Ollie Howard of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Crilda Brown (Alyssa), Jonathan Arnett (Jessica), Nathan Arnett (Chesi), Matthew Arnett (Breanna), Brett Michael Davis, Shirley Shepherd (Greg), Ryan Shepherd (Katie), Braxton Shepherd, Kayla Shepherd, Madison Brown, Lindsey Brown and Alyveea Brown. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
