He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Ward and Mae Kelso Ward; his wife Betty Lou Isaac Ward; his son Ricky Ward; his grandson Wesley Scott Ward; and his siblings, Marvin Ward, Jerry Ward, Junior Ward, Sylvia Lyon and Joyce Lemaster.
He is survived by: his children, Dallas Ward of Salyersville and Melanie Ward of Salyersville; his daughter-in-law Jill Ward of Salyersville; his siblings, Gary Ward (Carolyn) of Salyersville, Mike Ward (Sharon) of Salyersville and Beulah Lyon of Louisa; and his grandson Joey Ward (Courtney) of Salyersville, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
