He is survived by: his spouse Mary Wilma Bailey Patrick; his daughter Mary Beth Chaffins of Salyersville; his siblings, Odell Patrick of Salyersville, Dwayne Patrick of Salyersville, Anthony Scott Patrick of Salyersville, Paul Keith Patrick of Cecilia, Mearline Risner, Rita Arnett, Viola Lamb of Marion, Joy Clark of Fort Myers, Jewel Stone of Fort Myers, Carolyn Penix of Fort Myers, Beverly Brown of Delaware and Loretta Wade of Ohio; his grandchildren, Maci Chaffins and Mason Chaffins; and also Jeanie Marie Porter of Salyersville. He is also survived by two stepbrothers, Terry Back and Randall Back, both of Salyersville; one stepsister.
