She is survived by: her children, James Workman (Garlena) of Salyersville, Matthew Workman (Vannie) of West Liberty, Debbie Saylor (Dallas) of Salyersville and Melissa Perkins (James) of Salyersville; and her siblings, Billy Reed Caudill of Jackson and Judy Marie Brown of Tennessee. She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
