He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Collins and Yerdley Conley Collins. He is survived by: his wife Matilda Mullins Collins; his sons, Michael Collins of Salyersville, James Brian Collins (Tammy) of Salyersville and Joshua Collins of Salyersville; his siblings, Janette Holliday of Malone, Judy Reed Cain of Salyersville, Michael Collins of Salyersville and Jerry Collins of Salyersville; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Shepard of Salyersville and Kara Collins Watkins of Salyersville; and his great grandchildren, Cason Francis of Salyersville and Hudson Shepard of Salyersville.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the New Life Worship Center (237 Rockhouse, Fork Rd, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
