He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Woods and Fannie Mae Cole Farris; his brother Timothy Farris; and his stepson Joshua Howard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Risner Farris; his sons, Dennie Bush (Dixie) of Grayson, Tim Riffe of Grayson, Ryan Bush (Hope) of Salyersville, Travis Bush (Ktishi) of Clay City and Isaiah Shepherd (Krystal) of West Liberty; his stepchildren, Jasper Howard of Somerset, Donnie Montgomery (Rebecca) of Hazard, Pauletta Howard of Somerset and April Montgomery of Salyersville; his siblings, Ronnie Farris (Kimberly) of Salyersville and Tina Farris Pennington (Tony Gamble) of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Gracie Shepherd, Elosia Shepherd, Mason Seagraves, Jacob Bush, Noah Bush, Nolan Riffe, Presleigh Riffe, Izzy Bush, Brooklyn Bush, Joseph Bush and Waylon Bush.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fritz Church of God.
