He is survived by: his wife Marlena Lykins Howard of Salyersville; his sons, James Daniel Howard (Mendy) of Salyersville and Joshua Dustin Howard (Jenna) of Salyersville; his siblings, Dwayne Howard (Jenny) of Salyersville and Jeannene Howard of Rancho Cucamonga; and his grandchildren, Gavin James Howard of Salyersville, Ethan Daniel Howard of Salyersville and Camilla Jane Howard of Salyersville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
