It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dean Howes of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Dean Howes and Wanda Salyer Howes; his wife Bobbi Jo Jacobs Howes; and his cousin Christopher Salyer. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Dean Howes of Salyersville, Mikayla Nichole Jacobs of Lexington and Shanna Lea Howes of Lexington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
