He is survived by: his mother Nancy Audell Prater Bays; his wife Barbie Darnell Bays; his daughter Rhonda Renea Bays of Salyersville; and his sisters, Linda Carol Binkowski (Jim) of Knox and Debra Sue Long (Randall) of Knox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
