It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Ryan Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Patrick and Cindy Rowe Patrick; his brother Lucas Nathaniel Patrick of Salyersville; and his grandparents, Douglas, Rose Ann Patrick, Newt Bolden Rowe and Sue Gardner Mullins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
