She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldon Dona and Gladys Holbrook Allen; her husband Elwood Bailey; and her siblings, Ronald Lee Allen, Clayton Dea Allen, Billy Clay Allen, Bradford Ray Allen, Bobby Ray Allen and Berchelene Burton.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Bailey (Narda) of Salyersville, Eddie Bailey of Salyersville and James Bailey (Crystal) of Salyersville; her sisters, Anna Jo Arnett of Ludlow, Linda Sue Hammond and Francis Gaye Reed; and her close friend Debra "Pickles" Blanton. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
