She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Jones (Rick) of West Liberty, Judy Penix (Jeff) of West Liberty and Karen Collins (Tim) of Salyersville; her siblings, Billy Gene Helton of Salyersville, Betty Jo Jenkins of Salyersville and Elva Jenkins (Raleigh) of West Liberty; her brother-in-law Bill Stapleton; her grandchildren, Amy Stacy (Cooter), Amanda Ferguson (Daniel), Abby Kendrick (Casey) and Tyler Collins; and her great grandchildren, Braden Stacy, Braxton Stacy and Addy Ferguson.
