She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Mae Cox of Salyersville; her stepchildren, Loraine "Cookie" Butcher of Salyersville and Harry Gene Lemaster of Salyersville; her siblings, Phillip Bush of Caney and Leona Puckett of West Liberty; her grandson Bracken Lee Whitson of Cannel City; her stepgranddaughter Lisa Dobbins of Salyersville; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Elizabeth Fletcher of Salyersville, Emily Fletcher of Salyersville, Dylan Robinson of Lee City, Jesse Hunter Robinson of Cannel City, Xavier Fletcher of Salyersville and Alex Fletcher of Salyersville. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
