He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Mullins and Lona Caudill Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Joy Patrick Mullins; his siblings, Ethel Joseph, Grace Joseph, Bonnie Joseph, Ollie Salyers, Pauline Adams, Mildred Wireman, Ambrose Mullins Jr., Fred Mullins, John Mullins, Herbert Mullins and Herald Mullins; and his children, Thomas Mullins (Annie) of Salyersville and Paula Risner of Salyersville. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
