He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverige Dyer and Bertha Williams Dyer; and his siblings, Mildred Dyer, Eula Howard, Nevil Dyer, Earl Dyer, Arnold J. Dyer, Virgil Dyer, Vernon Dyer and Newell Dyer.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Arnett Dyer of Salyersville; his daughters, Sandra Cummings (Jim) of Castalia and Vanessa Zeller (Douglas Sr.) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Brian Michael Parker (Jessica Hughes) of Salyersville, Amanda Parker (Geoff LaMarca) of Castalia, Allison Kwilos (Jacob) of Forestville and Douglas Zeller Jr. (Michelle) of Silver Creek; his great grandchildren, Kaylin Griffin, Jesse Kwilos, Hannah Kwilos, Mayleigh Mathews, Trinity Parker, Avalyn Kwilos, Liam Zeller, Pierce Parker, Zofia Zeller, Killian Zeller and Amelia Zeller; his siblings, Ester Maddox (Bill) of Sandusky, Connie Howard of Richmond, Gerald Dyer (Phyllis) of Mount Sterling and Paul James Dyer (Jean) of Middletown; his sisters-in-law, Henrietta Dyer of Castalia, Rosetta Dyer of Middletown and Donna Whitaker of Salyersville; and his friends, Teresa Bailey, Barbie Hackworth and Diane Fletcher. He is also survived by three caregivers.
