He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Gullett and Virgie Conley Gullett; his sisters, Earleen Hunley and Christeen Freeman; his son-in-law Carl Collins; and his sister-in-law Dorthy Gullett.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Tackett Gullett; his children, Larry Dean Gullett (Misty Patrick) of Salyersville, Garry Lynn "Jaws" Gullett (Pamela Jean Bach) of Salyersville, Ronald Patton Gullett (Kellie Goble) of Salyersville, Tommy Dwayne Gullett of Salyersville and Sherry Jean Collins of Salyersville; and his siblings, Ronald Dexter Gullett (JoAnn Patrick) of Salyersville, Elden Gene Gullett of Toledo and Linda Karen Jones of Lake Placid. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
