He is survived by: his wife Sylvie Sherman; his sons, Greg Fletcher of Salyersville, Brandon Rowe of Salyersville and Kenny Rowe of Salyersville; his siblings, Billy Charles Rowe of Salyersville, Darlene Holland of Salyersville, Wanda Arnett of Salyersville and Barbara Sue Salyers of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rowe, Isabella Rowe, Sky Rowe, Madison Rowe and Kaylin Rowe.
