He is survived by: his wife Nellie Roark Puckett; his children, Arvin Puckett (Marion) of Floral, Tom Puckett of Salyersville and Linda Hollans (Jack) of Muncie; his stepdaughter Melissa Lynn Williams (Steve Howell) of Salyersville; his siblings, Earl Puckett of Salyersville, James "Jim" Puckett of Salyersville, Lester Puckett of Salyersville, Philip Puckett of Salyersville, Johnny Puckett of Salyersville, Dorothy Conley of Salyersville, Francis Puckett of Salyersville, Shirley Brown of Salyersville and Cathy Lain of North Judson; and his brothers-in-law, Grover Roark (Emily) of Salyersville, Gordan "Cotton" Roark (Connie) of Salyersville and David Helton of Salyersville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
