She is survived by: her daughter Patty Louise Penix (Kenneth) of Salyersville; her son-in-law Bobby Neil Howard; her siblings, Wayne Allen of Salyersville and Sue Dale Minix of Louisville; her grandchildren, Ramona Renee Howard Collinsworth, Trevor Scott Howard, Pam Penix Hunley, Patrick Penix, Priscilla Penix Gullett, Colton Howes and Mason Howes; her great grandchildren, Weston Chase Collinsworth, Logan Heath Collinsworth, Leslee Howard Hopewell, Jassmine Howard, Hannah Hunley Little, Lauren Hunley, Luke Wireman and Ava Claire Gullett; and her great great grandchildren, Barrett Kruz Collinsworth, Wilder Hayes Collinsworth, Penelope Nicks Collinsworth, Callahan Weston Collinsworth and Riley Scott Mullins.
