He is survived by: his children, Ida, Ricky Carty of Salyersville, Lora, Wayne Thornsberry of West Liberty, KY. and Robert; his granddaughter Tracy Crouch; his great grandchildren, Elijah Crouch, Zachary Crouch and Madison Crouch; and also Paul Crouch.
