He is survived by: his children, Edgar Howard of Salyersville, Lana Mae Blanton of Salyersville, Treva Gay Howard of Salyersville and Tammy Stephens of Salyersville; and his siblings, Chester Howard of Salyersville, Wilma "Toots" Minix of Salyersville and Wishard "Bush" Howard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
