She is survived by: her husband Odell Patrick; her daughters, Regina Collett of Salyersville and Jeannie Marie Farris Porter of Salyersville; her sisters, Essie Brown of Jackson and Ines Smith of Colbert; her grandchildren, Chasta Howes, Alisha Crabtree, Carrie Collett, Steven Collett, Matthew Collett, Andrew Collett and Kaden Collett; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Howes, Elijah Howes, Addison Collett, Tinley Collett and Daniel Crabtree.
