It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Mae Bailey (Salyersville, Kentucky), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethel Mae Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan "Toad" and Muriel Minix Arnett; her son Matthew Bailey; and her siblings, Lowell Arnett, Billy Arnett, David Arnett, Phyllis Howard and Deloris Davis.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Bailey; her children, James Dwayne Bailey, Joseph David Bailey, Sheila Minix and Tammy Arnett; and her siblings, Sheridan Arnett, R. F. Arnett, Samuel Arnett, Joey Arnett, Jeffery Arnett, Timothy Arnett, Janice Arnett and Linda Conley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions to be made to the Greg and Noreen Hospice Care Center, 57 Dennis Sandlin MD Cove, Hazard, Kentucky, 41701.
