She is survived by: her children, James Richard Kendrick (Angel) of Florida, Tanya Cole (Hager) of Salyersville, KY. and Donna Lynn Smith (Jeremy) of Ohio; and her siblings, Lucille Orias, Arlene Slone (Jessie), Priscilla Thacker, Dewey Thacker (Emalene), Eugene Thacker, Toby Thacker, Harold Thacker (Diana) and Robert Thacker (Agnes). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
