She is survived by: her sons, Tony Skaggs (Angela) of Salyersville, Dwayne Skaggs (Lamiki) of Salyersville and Allen Skaggs (Jenny) of Salyersville; her siblings, Garrett Ward of Salyersville, Nevalee Reed of Dayton, Connie Hunter (Bill) of West Liberty and Gail Phipps (Frank) of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Haley Miller (Wesley), Hannah Sparks (Jacob) and Kobie Hicks; her sister Wilma Jean Ward; and her siblings-in-law, Gay Ward and J. D. Jenkins.
